I love the Polynesian Resort. So when Disney asked me to create the final paint of their new Kona Cafe sign, it was an honor.

The longhouse signs around the resort have withstood 40 years and they were beginning to show serious signs of repair. I was given a damage signpost to repair and replicate with molds and casting fiberglass.

Polynesian Resort

What a wonderful honor it was for me to be offered the opportunity to work on signage for Disney's Polynesian Resort. I had the opportunity to do the final paint on the Kona Cafe sign and I was asked to retore a severely damaged Resort Longhouse sign post, then created molds and fiberglass casts for a dozen new posts for Disney to replace old and aged ones around the resort.
